
Gaining Emotional Intelligence to manage my Behavior and my Relationships
People who are emotionally and socially intelligent are able to understand and express themselves, to understand and relate well to others, and to successfully cope with the demands of daily life. This workshop facilitated by Dr Pearl Kupe will teach skills to effectively manage personal, social, and environmental change by realistically and flexibly coping with and solving problems of an interpersonal nature. The outcome will be leaders who manage emotions effectively and are sufficiently optimistic, positive, and self-motivated.
